By creating an account and becoming a member of the International Society for Tractography (“IST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register for membership.
2. Membership
Membership in the IST is currently free of charge and open to researchers, clinicians, students, and professionals with an interest in tractography and related fields. Membership fees may be introduced in the future; any such changes will be communicated to members in advance. Membership grants you access to member resources, communications, and the ability to participate in IST activities.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update your information as needed.
4. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct
You agree to use IST services and resources for lawful purposes consistent with the scientific and professional mission of the organization. You may not misuse the platform, impersonate others, or engage in conduct that disrupts the community. All members are expected to abide by the IST Code of Conduct.
5. Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Disclaimer
IST services and resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or member services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of your account after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
